International Tiger Day?

Twitter this week was full with tiger posts owing to the recent International Day. I retweeted some stuff about how tigers are used as photo props and in circuses. I found it really sad how cubs are separated from their parents to use as photo props, or to train for circuses. Even sadder is the fact that an event like International Tiger day makes these situations worse.

July 29 is designated the International Tiger Day, but is that really the best thing to do? Tigers were the safest when they were in their natural habitat, but, as international events have increased their popularity, it has forced them out of their natural habitat into the hands of circuses and zoos; and mind me, if you could ask a tiger where he wanted to live, I'm pretty sure his answer wouldn't be a zoo.

A cage is not the ideal habitat.

Humans have always feared the possibility of alien abductions, and being studied by extraterrestrial beings, but we don't even think twice before abducting animals from their natural habitat, and studying them for research. I believe it is high time to realize this and stop cruelty against animals.

Scary? Imagine what animals must feel?

I reviewed the Annotated bibliography of Arman, and I found it to be pretty nice, except for the credibility part which he forgot. I really like how he connected the Big 3 with the thread of social and individual behavior among wolves. Further one thing I would advise him to improve would be the background, as it is highly unrelated to the topic at hand.
